North Carolina: Food Stamp Fraud Alert, and more!!

Posted by acorcoran on July 11, 2009

I just finished telling you about a Florida Food Stamp Scam and now here comes one from Greenville, North Carolina this past week.  This one is a whopper and goes way beyond Food Stamps.   Federal, State and local law enforcement called the investigation “Operation Inconvenience.”   Don’t you love their sense of humor!

Greenville police shut down four convenience stores in crime-plagued areas of the city Thursday for suspected money laundering, fencing and other illegal activities after a long-term investigation dubbed Operation Inconvenience.

Officers cordoned off the Greenville Stop One and Stop Two off of Farmville Boulevard; the Pitt Stop One store on Hooker Road near J.H. Rose High School; and the Superfresh store on Dickinson Avenue south of 10th Street.

State, local and federal warrants were served against nine people connected with the stores. The men were transported to Pitt County Detention Center as federal inmates with no bond amount set. It’s unclear how long the stores will remain closed.

So, lets see, who were the perps?  Some local southern boys?  Surely not those nice Middle Eastern folks the federal government has been importing to small town America—to bring strength through diversity!

Arrested

Listed here are suspects arrested by Greenville police and federal agents during Operation Inconvenience, along with the stores where they worked and the charges filed against them. Names and addresses were not provided by police, nor was the number of counts for each charge.

Gee big surprise. The United States is slowly (or is it quickly?) turning into an easy target for Arab Muslims like we here in Australia and probably to an even larger extent in Europe, including the UK. But hey, we should allow it to happen because the do-gooders need their self-righteousness appeased at the compromise of our safety and quality of life that we infidels hold so dear.

Man…all I can do is hope and pray for such ridiculousness that exists due to antagonistic do-gooders to one day cease to exist and a strong sense of pragmatism is a principle we ALL live by.
