ORR: Where is the annual report?

Here we go again, BY LAW (here) the Office of Refugee Resettlement is required to send to Congress an annual report three months after the close of the previous Fiscal Year on September 30th—that means by January 31st of the next year.
The last annual report prepared by ORR (Department of Health and Human Services) and available to the public is for FY 2008, here. That means that ORR is now BEHIND FOR THREE YEARS! They owe Congress the reports for 2009, 2010 and 2011.
What that says to me, is that the ORR doesn’t want Congress and the public to know how bad things are—how few refugees are employed and how many are on welfare.
Check back here periodically to see when we might see some new (albeit old by the time you see it!) hard data on the program.

Same song, second verse multiplied many times over. The record of this ethically corrupt Obama Administration is rife with instances of their refusal to play by previous rules and stonewall any attempts to give us the information we need to judge their efforts on any issue.
Information regarding successful policies is readily available, of course. But one can only assume that when they treat the public right to know with impunity, they actually don’t want us to judge the failure of their duties because such failure is intended.
They devise their own dictatorial rules that suspiciously look as if they were lifted right out of Hugo Chavez’s Communist playbook, using Chairman Mao’s ethics and the universally accepted Muslim arrogance, perpetuated in the Koran, idolized in the great evil of Sharia, that it is okay to lie, cheat and steal in dealing with infidels as long as it is to advance the cause of Allah and Islam.
Could this be the ultimate truth, a willingness to deceive that is propelled by a lifelong pursuit of goals that will reach their peak when the final resentment of America, (and the hated success of essentially white, Judeo-Christianity and freedom is reversed and realized), and our once great country is submerged in the quicksand of an evil ideology?
The ingredients are in place in Mr. Obama’s history, including his faith confusions, the bigotry of racial resentments, religious obfuscations, shadowy childhood and adult mentors and heroes, lightly concealed personal vindictiveness, anti-American directives, lack of transparency about so-called achievements, hidden blank spots prevail where personal relationships are involved, information intentionally concealed from public eyes, covered up, secreted, etc.
There is great evidence to make the case against re-election so overwhelming that a President with any character at all would resign
in shame, disband his cartel, and beg forgiveness.
But this is today’s America, and there is great doubt.
