Trump: “possibly” bring some Syrians to the US
Posted by Ann Corcoran on September 8, 2015
This news is four days old, but I heard it tonight on Fox as I arrived home from DC.
Here is what CNN reported over the holiday (and Fox repeated):
(CNN)Republican front-runner Donald Trump said Friday that the Syrian refugee crisis is “so horrible” that he would consider allowing the U.S. to accept some of the displaced refugees.
When asked whether the United States should assist European countries and accept some of the refugees on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Trump said, “We have so many problems, and the answer is, possibly, yes.”
All I can say is that by now Trump has access to some of the most knowledgeable people in the country on immigration issues and he better get boned-up on this issue pretty quickly because the question (and decision by Obama) of the number of Syrian refugees the US will be dropping off in your towns is coming at us like a freight train.
I’ll be very surprised if candidates are not asked about our refugee policy at the upcoming CNN debate.
The most important question is how many, but not far behind is the one I have not heard one mainstream media outlet mention—will we be taking in mostly Muslim Syrians as we have already? Or, are we going to prioritize the persecuted Christians? I think the average America, who knows nothing about what is going on with refugees, simply ASSUMES the Christians are at the head of the line when in fact they are not!
And, not far behind the questions about number and religion is another biggie—are we going to forego normal security screening?

I hope Trump doesn’t make this mistake but we’ll see. Isn’t it amazing how all the stars aligned for the volags! EU migrant crisis, welcoming america in full throttle, volags and state prm have the propaganda machine in high gear. We see all this, and are wowed, so leninesque. Media pumping the propaganda, never telling the other side. General public completely clueless that they are financing the refugee racket.

I am sorry, but you cannot have your cake and eat it – it would be impossible for ANY OF US, even the most militant anti-Islamic critic,,of which I am one, to totally ignore the genuine plight of say a Christian family who have had their ‘breadwinner’ butchered by ISIS and we should slam the door in their face – I think not. There is no such thing in life as a hundred per-cent – and of course Trump, as a proven realist, knows this and simply cannot declare a totally Zero policy – it will just NEVER happen, and frankly it would be nonsensical to try and achieve it. Yes, I am a firm believer in that ‘charity begins at home’, but as my contributions I hope show, I am also a realist. By his courageous statements about stemming the tide of immigration he has won massive support – he has raised the hope of a properly controlled immigration policy, as has Nigel Farage here in the UK/UKIP. The answer is, WE the people through electing men and women who have ‘nonce’, people who have lived in the real world of cut and thrust and done their families proud by every day trying to contribute to the good of the country and the future of their families – I am quite sure with their simple Christian up-bringing and principles’ will offer a helping hand to well vetted and genuine Christian refugees – No, not immigrants – honest to goodness refugees. There is a massive difference in the terminology. GBA!

This is what I sent to Mr. Trump as a response to one of his e-mails inviting me out on the campaign trail:
Dear Mr. Trump:
I now hear that you might be willing to take in some of the invading muzlim (sic – on purpose) hordes that are invading Europe. I suggest you educate yourself on what the arabic term “al hijra” means. It means invasion of non-muzlim lands to spread the satanic death cult that is izlam. See information from Clare Lopez, Steven Coughlin, Robert Spencer, et. al. on what this means to ANY non-muzlim nation. And don’t be swayed by what the front groups of the so-called “Muslim Brotherhood”, such as Hamas-related CAIR have to say on this issue.
I guarantee you, if you get this one wrong you are toast as a presidential hopeful.

Incidentally, I have done a little maths on the upcoming ‘Brave New World’ (for brave, read Mad!) of Angela Merkel in Germany.
800,000 (apparently she is SERIOUSLY talking at about 500.000 per year all told) is about equal to some 230 new mosques to be built in Germany, who already have a frightening number already.
I don’t want to appear to be ‘teaching my grandmother how to suck eggs’, to coin a phrase, but anyone who knows anything about Islam, and surely that is most of us by now, knows full well that a mosque is not anything like a church – it is a political centre, which promotes through its frightening array of Mullahs,,the creation of a New Islamic Caliphate – AT THE EXPENSE OF ANYTHING OR ANYONE THAT STANDS IN ITS WAY. – spare a few moments to do just a little reading up,or research on the subject and your worst nightmares will be confirmed – the Islamic Cuckoo is FIRMLY in the nest (West). Where is the new Paul Revere – Light the beacons – it just COULD be in the shape of Donald Trump?

Hello Ann, I see that my prediction, on my comment of the 8Sept. of the number of extra mosques (Political Centres) I forecast would need be built in Germany was VERY CLOSE to the mark.
Of course Saudi Arabia will pay for these to be built, it is the groundwork necessary in the establishment of the New Caliphate. The Saudis are first to pay to SEND, SEED and support ‘refugees’ to Europe, but as has been pointed out in other messages, they are the LAST to give refuge to their own fellow Muslims. Now they are arranging the nests as well as the Cuckoos. The mind boggles. Wish you well!

Trump had better re-consider his stupidity with regard to flooding the U.S. with even MORE muzlims! Not just no, but HELL NO!!!

Come, come – do try and keep realistic – he most certainly and clearly DID NOT say he would condone the ‘flooding’ of America with “Refuges” – in a statesmanlike way he was careful to be realistic on this subject. In my previous comments I have said that it would be totally irresponsible that there would be NO-ONE allowed into the country. It just is not realistic to make such a statement, which would be used against him at every opportunity by his detractors, in the same way that David Cameron PROMISED to reduce our figures fro hundreds of thousands, to TENS of thousands – what ACTUALLY happened? 350,000 last year alone. Do you want Mr Trump to look as ridiculous as Cameron? Germany IS taking in 800,000 this year alone – this equates to some extra 230 or so Mosques, (Islamist Political Centres).
The Australians have got it about right – pick and choose who you want to invite into your country, your ‘home’. It is not rocket science – simple firm clear policies, which are invoked TO THE LETTER. Mr Trump already has the blueprint from which he can operate and discuss the issues.

tonight on Bill O’Reilly’s show, Trump said it’s a humanitarian crisis and “yes, something has to be done”.
Why ? We don’t need more people and can’t even take care of those here now. And we certainly don’t need Muslims coming here.
I used to support him-no more !

NO, NO, NO!!! The major virtue that Trump can claim is that he is clear and direct in his positions. Mush this up, as this suggests, and he is toast.

Well, again I will, as we used to say in Blighty, “have my oar in” with regards to Donald Trump’s quoted comments on immigration. I have little doubt that most of us, in the UK and America, would extend assistance to that small number of genuine people who, having been suitably vetted and verified, and have been proven to need ‘refuge’, especially of the Christian persuasion, that we would give at least a minimal assistance. Having listened to Domald Trump’s responses to the media, it seems to me that his statement holds water. No-one in their right mind could imagine that ANY sensible politician would declare ZERO admissions, that would be nonsensical and unachievable under ANY circumstances. So, Mr Trump cannot seriously be faulted for saying “Possibly….Yes” This appears to me to be a reasonably statesmanlike reply to an emotive subject. Clearly he cannot be seen to be spouting nonsense especially now that he realises that, were he the C in C in the USA, his words would be held against him. Sure, it can be seen that in terms of ‘politicking’ he is a bit wet behind the ears – but for someone who is not an out-and-out ‘political animal’, he ‘ain’t doin’ a bad job. He has a fair amount of time to ‘clean up his act’ which, as a clever performer, he no doubt will do. I have ‘put a few bob’ on him to see Hillary off, in fact if he cannot do that with consummate ease, my bets will be ‘orf’.

I would like to see a little more understanding of the issue by now. I know for a fact that he was given some basic information about the refugee situation several months ago in Iowa. Again, I would be very surprised if there was no question on refugees a week from now at the CNN debate. I hope he has a better answer by then.

I have just sent a message to Mr Trump regarding the VERY differing types of ‘immigration’ and ‘immigrants’ , and some of the pitfalls possible when responding to incisive questioning, which Ann has of course predicted he will face – I believe Nigel Farage in the UK has just about got it right, and he has been absolutely consistent and prescient in his speeches and off-the-cuff comments he is quite famous for. Most importantly HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT – he knows his subject – it is quite complex when it comes to Immigrants, Refugees, Economic migrants, Fifth Columnists, Infiltrators, Cuckoos in the Nest (one of my favourite descriptions!) and People and Drug Smugglers – Mr Trump MUST get the distinctions absolutely fixed in his mind, not stumble or stutter, know as much if not more, about this subject than he clearly knows about business negotiating.
Also, most importantly, he must give himself time to think and moderate his delivery – which ALWAYS appears to be Statesmanlike.
The golden rule is “Know thine enemy – “

Trump’s only position right now should be to protect the Americans whose president he wants to be. We have Americans who have been out of work for years, and he wants to bring in people who would compete for jobs in a still abysmal economy?
