On Thanksgiving 2015, Obama says Syrian refugees are just like the pilgrims

I hope you all had a wonderful day with friends and family, but time now to get back to work saving America!
Tell me, do you all read Drudge every day? There is so much news on refugees now that I don’t really know where to start especially when I’ve been away from the computer for a day or two. I like to find news you might not have seen because the big news is all over the place, including on Drudge.
This story was on Drudge, but am posting it in case you too took a few days away!
There is so much happening in the world wouldn’t you think Obama might get worked-up about say, for instance, the Turkish/Russian crisis.
This invasion of America, whether by those marching in across our southern border or flown in (as are the Syrian refugees), is vitally important to Obama’s goal of changing America and the angry man only has one year left to satisfy his masters by getting a lot done and putting policies in place that will help finish the job when he is gone.
You, and some of the Republican candidates for President, are threatening the agenda, forcing Obama to give us blather like this on Thanksgiving.
I hope you didn’t see this before you sat down to dinner!
From The Hill:
This Thanksgiving, President Obama is calling for Americans to lend a helping hand to another group of pilgrims fleeing persecution.
“Nearly four centuries after the Mayflower set sail, the world is still full of pilgrims – men and women who want nothing more than the chance for a safer, better future for themselves and their families,” Obama said in his weekly address Thursday. “What makes America America is that we offer that chance.”
The president praised Americans who have offered to open their homes to refugees fleeing war-torn Syria.
The invasion continues…..
