Count on these Republicans to be members of the Open Borders movement

Posted by Ann Corcoran on October 8, 2016

The great to-do about nothing regarding Donald Trump’s decade-old locker room talk is really all about immigration.

South Dakota Senator John Thune is one of the weasels in the Senate who has come out of the closet today. This man will never support closing the border or slowing Muslim refugees to America because he doesn’t support the one man who can do it. Make it a habit to check their ‘Conservative scores’ here: Thune has an F grade.

And as such, perhaps the kerfuffle is actually a great benefit to us because it very clearly shows us those members of Congress, US Senators and a couple of governors who do not want to close our borders.

These are also the elected officials we can’t count on to slow the refugee flow into America because by opposing Trump they are supporting Hillary’s (tens of thousands of Syrian Muslims for your town) plan and inviting her Muslim Brotherhood pals to join her in the White House.

You know, bloggers like me have nothing to lose. I could care less if you read this blog or not! I don’t make a living doing this like some of those who write for National Review, so I’m calling the following elected officials traitors to America.

There is only one issue that matters for the future of this country and that is immigration. And, Trump is the first candidate at that level to know it and speak forcefully in favor of saving our unique American culture!

These Open Borders Republican globalists are out of the closet now!

This is from The Hill.  Some of them were so chicken they said they weren’t voting for Hillary, but couldn’t vote for Trump. We are not stupid! A vote for anyone else is a vote for Hillary.

Some say that Mike Pence should go to the top of the ticket. Nice guy, great VP pick, but Hillary will win. This is asinine.

I suspect it is only a partial list because earlier in the day, I saw that Rep. Mia Love (R-UT) was now opposing Trump.

And, even before I posted, the news is out that Sen. John McCain has joined the list. Only surprise is why it took him so long when his protege Kelly Ayotte leads the list.

Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-N.H.)

Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley (R)

Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah)

Utah Gov. Gary Herbert

Rep. Frank Lo Biondo (R-N.J.)

Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Ak.)

Rep. Tom Rooney (R-Fla.)

Rep. Bradley Byrne (R-Ala)

Rep. Mike Coffman (R-Colo)

Rep. Barbara Comstock (R-Va.)

Sen. Mike Crapo (R-Idaho)

Rep. Rodney Davis (R-Mo)

South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard

Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Az.)

Rep. Jeff Fortenberry (R-Neb.)

Sen. Cory Gardner (R-Colo)

Rep. Joe Heck (R-Nev)

Sen. Mark Kirk (R-Ill.)

Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah)

Rep. Martha Roby (R-Ala)

Sen. Ben Sasse (R-Neb.):

Rep. Chris Stewart (R-Utah)

Sen. Dan Sullivan (R-Ak)

Sen. John Thune (R-S.D.)

There are probably more I haven’t seen yet.  Send them along if you see them.

And, if anyone is going to be blamed for destroying the Republican Party it is this list!

I recommend that if any of these are your representatives and you want to see the Donald Trump “movement” in the White House, you need to unload on them in the next couple of days.

Picket their homes if you must! But, don’t let them get off the hook.

  1. There is an alliance in Southern California between Muslims and Mormons. I believe the alliance is national, but I can for now only speak for the Los Angeles/Orange County area. Area bishop, Steve Gilliland and his wife, Judy, are part of a committee that believes in fostering Muslim – Christian understanding. The couple attends virtually every Muslim event – MPAC, KinderUSA, Islamic Relief to name but a few. They also attend school events of the children of Muslims in these groups and the attendance is reciprocated. It is a very cozy arrangement. The teams that comprise Islamic Relief (which Israel has identified as a Muslim Brotherhood front) in various parts of the world often have Mormon team members. These team members are introduced at events and often speak. It is a hard and fast alliance. From what I know of the Mormon Church it seems like the two religions would be unlikely bedfellows. but they are definitely an item.

Very interesting! We recently wrote a post on how the Mormon church is giving big bucks to the federal refugee resettlement contractors that are bringing in most Muslim refugees….hmmmmm!

  3. Add Bill Haslam – TN to the list. He’s come out against Trump publicly last week.

Senator Mike Lee should NOT be on this list. There is no way he is in favor of open borders to allow in more murdering terrorists!

If he doesn’t support Trump, he is supporting Hillary and we know what she will do with refugees and the borders. He should get over his fear of dirty words…the issues are much much more important. Laura Ingraham slammed Megyn Kelly last night when Kelly kept whining about Trump’s dirty words by saying only three things matter to her: immigration, trade, and American jobs. Lee needs to take a breath!

  5. My useless Senator from Ohio, Rob Portman, is on the list, as is my useless Gov John Kasich.

Mitch McConnell hasn’t pulled his endorsement yet, but it could be coming. This won’t be a surprise to us Kentuckians who already have him high on our (s)hit list. “Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Kentucky, offered a swift rebuke for Trump’s comments:
“These comments are repugnant, and unacceptable in any circumstance,” McConnell said in a statement sent to Pure Politics Friday night. “As the father of three daughters, I strongly believe that Trump needs to apologize directly to women and girls everywhere, and take full responsibility for the utter lack of respect for women shown in his comments on that tape.” “

I believe that Mitch McConnell is responsible for the fact that Kentucky is a big resettlement state and I believe he gets campaign contributions/money from the Chamber types and the meat processing giants in the state. You all should try to pin down what is driving Mitch to protect the refugee program. You are getting a ton of Muslims sent to KY through this program too!

Please read phony conservative Rick Perry’s speech at the border summit where we sealed the deal with Mexico for open borders even though he supposedly ran for potus on the “tea party” platform. He’s a fake.

  8. Wow, just wow! Wrote my Senators and Rep, and this is the “response” I received – make sure you put all of the “conservatives” on that open borders list, Ann, Rep. Webster is shilling for Baptist Refugee Relocation and boy is he a turncoat! Florida currently receives more refugees than any other state because Cubans who manage to set foot here are automatically (without ANY screening) given asylum.

Webster doesn’t even get his facts right. I’m drafting a response. See, no one is “screened” according to the people who do the screening of Syrians. They are self-screening and its a big honor system which apparently Webster does not understand.

Thank you for contacting me regarding the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Syria and refugee assistance for the Syrian people.

The United States Refugee Act of 1980 created a permanent procedure for the admission and resettlement of refugees. An individual seeking refuge must prove that persecution on the basis of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion came from or was motivated by the government and that the government was unwilling to provide protection.

In 2011, the Syrian people began demonstrating for basic democratic and human rights only to be met with tyranny and brutality by the hands of their own government. The Syrian government, under the control of President Bashar Assad, has time and again proven itself in opposition to U.S. interests, international security, and universal values of liberty. The United States has and continues to assist groups fighting against the Syrian government, bring comfort to the Syrian people, and issue emergency visa extensions to ensure that Syrians who already reside in the U.S. may avoid returning to the turmoil in their country.

The U.S. State Department continues to report serious abuses of religious freedoms and human rights in Syria. The United States must continue to work with its partners in the international community to bring an end to this humanitarian crisis. Nations in the region have already opened their arms to Syrians who have fled their homes, and the United States must ensure prompt delivery of humanitarian relief to refugees. While our nation remains in precarious financial and economic situation, we must not lose sight of the impact that our humanitarian giving has on people’s lives. I am grateful that America remains a shining city on a hill holding high the torch of human freedom and religious liberty.

Again, thank you for taking the time to contact me. You can be sure I will keep your strong views in mind as I monitor developments in Syria. I am honored to serve the people of Central Florida as your U.S. Representative.

    Your servant, [?]

    Daniel Webster
    Member of Congress

LOL! Thanks for sharing. I wonder has Paul Ryan put out a canned letter that the R’s send out like Pavlov’s dog when a constituent mentions the word ‘Syria’. I sent an e-mail not long about to Ryan’s speaker office and got some similar gobbledygook. Has anyone else gotten such a non-answer?

Thank you Ann for your brilliant response to the latest all out attack on Trump.

As a woman who is supposed to be mortally shocked and offended by his decade old faux pas, I can tell you that it’s no big deal and if it wasn’t for the Dem/ GOP/ Muslim/ Media complex I wouldn’t give it a second thought. But this was their October Surprise for Trump.

As all the damaging evidence is piling up about the Clintons and their plans for unlimited immigration and open borders as well as the direct control the Muslim Brotherhood has via Huma Abedin, the pressure was on to come up with something, anything to knock Trump off. They are absolutely desperate to insure that he never wins the White House.

Meanwhile, the headlines, aside from Trump, are ominouts. Our country is being invaded by these rapacious savages from every hell hole on earth but you’d never think it to read the news.

We have to hope and pray that Trump once again can overcome this latest obstacle. So much depends on it.

I know, pretty shocking isn’t it. However, in recent months the Mormon Church in Utah is going all out for refugees (including inviting the Muslims to Utah) and immigrants, so perhaps that is where this is coming from.
