Trump should have mentioned Mama Merkel’s mess as migrants sue German government

Posted by Ann Corcoran on October 20, 2016

Invasion of Europe news….

German Chancellor Angela Merkel flung Germany’s gates open wide over a year ago and the world poured in.

Hillary Clinton and Angela Merkel must never be permitted to serve together as leaders of two great world powers!

With tens of thousands seeking asylum (permanent refugee status), the German government gave them a temporary status until their claims could be processed.  That temporary status came with a stipulation that they could not bring their extended family members until granted permanent asylum.

Since then, thousands of refugees have successfully sued using international law.

Beware America!  This is why protecting our national sovereignty is so important!  We cannot permit any treaties or agreements that would allow foreign courts to dictate immigration/refugee policy here (but we may be doing that already!).

What is happening to Germany is why we need to revisit any such agreements if Donald Trump is elected President in a few short weeks.

Here is the news that should be concerning for all Western nations who wish to remain free.

More than 17,000 refugees have complained against the partial asylum status, known as subsidiary protection, offered by the German Government.

On arrival in Germany refugees are given the form of asylum from the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF).

But the partial status which means they are safe from being deported, includes a two year ban on families coming to join them.

In the first eight months of this year 90 per cent of refugees who challenged the subsidiary protection status won their case and were granted full rights under the Geneva Refugee Convention.

Pardon my French Ann, but this svcks big time. And you are 100% correct. If we are to prevent this same fiasco from happening here, we must remain sovereign – AND stop the “refugee” re-settlement scam!!!

This is really one of the most important stories we have seen lately. Thanks for highlighting it.As usual, this site is the only game in town for details on this issue!

Reality in Germany today shows how restricting and ultimately suicidal certain global pacts/international laws are. It has always been my understanding that even though the U.S. promiscuously gives out asylum to all comers and in huge numbers, asylum is still, technically, given at U.S. discretion. The only exception to this rule is Convention Against Torture asylum seekers. The U.S. signed on to the Convention Against Torture. Basically it means if someone can prove they will be subjected to ‘torture’ if returned they MUST be taken in as an asylum seeker. It requires a much higher bar of mistreatment than simple persecution or well-founded fear of persecution based on the 5 classes of group membership. Also, I believe it does NOT require the U.S. to give citizenship. We take in Convention Against Torture (CAT) asylees, but in much lower numbers than ‘regular’ asylees. A few years ago CAT asylees were running in the 100’s I believe.

When we sign on to international conventions such as those that cover refugee resettlement, we can put our own conditions around the agreement. Again, I think we hung on to “at U.S. discretion” for ‘regular’ non-CAT asylum seekers. Germany may not have and thus may have very little choice in who it takes in now that the floodgate has opened.

The Geneva Convention is all we have to deal with the tragic human misery caused by the need for people to seek refuge. It is an international agreement that has upheld civil society since 1951. Until you have devised something more effective, please don’t demonize it!

  4. Why are the German People not SUING?!
Politicians and Priests that “Open the Gates of the City” to raping pillaging INVADERS, are PERSONALLY FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for the damage they cause. Get it into the heads of People injured by the INVADERS, that the deep-pocket Politicians & Priests OWE THEM 100% REPARATIONS. Make these PUKES start PAYING for the damage they cause then see what happens. Get some hungry lawyers after the assets of those churches and politicians……. Quit letting the Politicians & Priests create chaos and bloodshed and walk away. Make THEM pay a price. their children
TAKE all their possessions to pay REPARATIONS to the victims of the Refujihadis THEY bring in for PROFIT
It is time the Politicians start serving jail sentences for the crimes of the INVADERS since the Politicians are ACCOMPLICES to every crime due to their letting the INVADERS in.
NOTHING speaks LOUDER to a priest then the silence of an empty collection plate. Stop all donations to those who betray you and by the way, Why are all these EFFEMINATE priests not complaining about the REFUSAL of mudslum countries to allow CHURCHES?!
