Cut funding for the International Organization for Migration too!
Reportedly Donald Trump is working on an executive order to limit US funds to the United Nations and certain other international organizations.

Trump Watch!
Readers here know that the vast majority of our refugees are chosen at the direction of the United Nations and that processing (including handing out those US taxpayer-funded plane tickets) falls to a special branch of the UN—the International Organization for Migration which was not too long ago folded in to the United Nations.
Many recent media reports put US funding to the UN at 25% of the entire budget of the multi-billion dollar organization whose members are always ready and willing to criticize the US and Israel.
Here The Hill is rewriting a NYT piece about the possible executive order:
President Trump’s administration is crafting an executive order that will potentially reduce America’s role in global organizations like the United Nations, according to a new report.

2015: First (starving) Syrian refugees arrive in KY. Note the white bag with the letters IOM. Cut funding for IOM and cut refugee flow! https://refugeeresettlementwatch.wordpress.com/2015/02/15/first-syrian-refugees-arriving-in-louisville-ky-helped-with-grant-from-islamic-charity/
Trump’s draft order calls for enacting “at least a 40 percent overall decrease” in U.S. funding to international groups meeting any one of several criteria, The New York Times said Wednesday.
[….]
Trump’s draft order, which is titled “Auditing and Reducing U.S. Funding of International Organizations,” would establish a committee to recommend where such funding cuts should be made.Trump’s draft order, which is titled “Auditing and Reducing U.S. Funding of International Organizations,” would establish a committee to recommend where such funding cuts should be made.

I see no reason to be part of the UN. Look at what they have done to Europe. You can’t even pause to evaluate the “refugee” situation, according to the UN–It’s full steam ahead filling up our countries, rather or not we approve. They used to set up refugee camps either within, or as near to the conflict as possible, to expedite repatriation once the situation is over. But in the last few years, the UN seems to think that automatic citizenship should be bestowed upon those they deem “refugees” or “asylum seekers”, effectively sticking us with them forever. And now, the conflict never seems to end, according to the UN, so we are forced to accept an ever-growing population that never ceases. The UN has clearly overstepped its boundaries when they force members to accept foreigners that the unwilling host deems unsafe and that they cannot afford without harming their own people.

This will lead to more wars and more refugees so how is it good?

Wars have been waged since at least the beginning of written history, Ron, so the common sense thing to do is not accept “refugees” at all. Let the rest of the world fight if they want, but we should have no obligation to ruin our own country by taking in the population of countries who are continuously at war.

Also, we need to cut the hundreds of millions of federal money going to our churches for “refugee resettlement.” That money has corrupted every denomination I am aware of. The most affected, to my knowledge, are the once great Lutheran and Episcopal churches, now little more than mouthpieces for multiculturalism, Islam, and unlimited immigration.
