Reprieved refugees almost all here, Texas and Georgia are top destinations

Posted by Ann Corcoran on February 3, 2017

After the abrupt halt to the UN/US Refugee Admissions Program last Friday evening, the Trump Administration granted a reprieve for 872 approved refugees already on the way.

As of early this morning, Wrapsnet has logged in 843 of the 872. See our report yesterday, here.

Here is where the 843 went:

Alaska and Hawaii got zero.

And, here are the top ten destinations:

One hopes and expects that a close watch will be kept on these people who have escaped extreme vetting.

  2. Although I don’t live in either of these states, thanks, Ann, for the heads up. I currently live in the Upper Midwest and the only way we usually find out about a new delivery is from what we suddenly notice. Occasionally, there is a newspaper article heralding the arrival of “new Americans”. Besides all that, what occurs in ANY state affects my state.

I DO THANK YOU ANN FOR THE HEADS UP, I LIVE HERE IN GEORGIA, AND LOCATIONS THAT ARE HALF WAY DESCENT ARE STARTING TO LOOK LIKE A GHETTO, DUE TO MOST OF THE DEMOGRAPHICS. WE ARE ALREADY EXPERIENCING THE CRUNCH IN MANY WAYS; THERE WILL BE CLASH OF CIVILIZATIONS HERE. THANK YOU FOR STAYING ON THE WATCHTOWER, WE WILL KEEP OUR BINOCULARS AND TELESCOPES OUT FOR YOUR POSTS.
